Conférence "D'un cimetière à l'autre"
Lecture by Adrien Vuillemin: "D'un cimetière à l'autre. History and archaeology of the Saint-Martin cemetery (and church) (11th century (?) - 1542) and the Faubourg cemetery (1542 - 1813)". Saturday 11 October at 2.30pm
This lecture is open to all. It will take place at the Université des Portes du Jura, and will focus on the archaeological finds made in the Place Saint-Martin in 2022 and in the Temple Saint-Martin in 2024. It will be led by Adrien VUILLEMIN, the archaeologist who worked on the 2 sites. At the Université des Portes du Jura in Montbéliard (Small amphitheatre at the university centre)
Presented by the Société d'Émulation de Montbéliard Its aim is to encourage and propagate a taste for literature, science and the arts in the former Württemberg principality of Montbéliard, a small country located in the Porte de Bourgogne.
