Our commitments as a Tourism Office classed in category 2
Since 3 may 2019, the tourist office of Pays de Montbéliard is classed in category 2.
It belongs to the network Offices de tourisme de France and to MASCOT - Mission d'Accompagnement, de Soutien et de Conseil aux Offices de Tourisme de Bourgogne Franche-Comté.
The Tourism Office undertakes to:
- Provide you with an easily accessible reception and information area;
- Facilitate your efforts;
- Offer you chairs to sit down;
- Provide you with free information on the local tourist offerings;
- Offer you free wifi access;
- Post and communicate our opening times in at least two foreign languages;
- Be open on at least 240 days a year, Saturday and Sunday included, in the tourist season or during events;
- Reply to your letters all year round;
- Provide a permanent reception service staffed by staff who speak at least two foreign languages;
- Provide tourist maps and guides on paper;
- provide you with access to its trilingual website;
- Disseminate tourist information, in paper form, translated into at least two foreign languages relating to:
- All classified tourist accommodation with at least the name of the establishment, the postal address, the email address, the address of the website, the telephone number, the classification level;
- Monuments and cultural, natural and recreational tourist sites, which may include normal rates, opening periods and hours for the public, the website, telephone number and postal contact information;
- Events and entertainment;
- Emergency phone numbers.
- Update its tourist information annually;
- Post emergency phone numbers outside;
- Present all qualified offer of its intervention area for all clienteles.
- Address your complaints and measure your satisfaction;
- Comply with a quality approach;
- Provide you with the assistance of a holiday advisor;
- Guarantee the reliability and timeliness of information on the local tourist offerings.
Quality and satisfaction approach
In order to better welcome you and to insure a quality service, the tourist office of Pays de Montbéliard is engaged in a quality approach. We invite you to share all your comments in order to improve our host and services of destination. In that aim, we put at your disposal:

- A claim form to complete and to return by mail or to drop off at our office.
