Education issues are rarely at the centre of the political agenda, even though they concern the future of our society. Over the last few years, debates have intensified on a wide range of subjects, from student attainment levels to the attractiveness of the teaching profession, not forgetting the role of digital technology and the link between qualifications and employment.
Tomorrow's France depends to a very large extent on our collective ability to meet these challenges, to which we must absolutely add that of school demographics.
