The Conservatoire du Pays de Montbéliard continues its season with a programme devoted to Mozart and his serenades for wind instruments.
On the programme: the overture to Così fan tutte and the Serenade in B flat major "Gran Partita", an emblematic work in the repertoire, written for large wind ensemble.
Initially intended to be played outdoors, these entertainment pieces take on their full scope here, thanks to Mozart's genius and the richness of his writing.
With musicians from the Conservatoire: oboe, clarinets, basset horn, horns, bassoons and double bass.
