Hélie Microbrewery

Hélie is the first microbrewery to use the sun’s heat directly to brew beer. 2026 will be an important year for the brewery, with the construction of a new solar concentrator to increase production capacity. Hélie offers four regular beers: lager, red ale, IPA and rosemary wheat beer, as well as a Christmas beer for the winter season. The ingredients are organic and sourced as locally as possible. The bottles are returnable so they can be reused. Come and take a look around the brewery and enjoy a tour with Romain!
