In the clinic run by Doctor Jouvence (Laurent PETITGUILLAUME), famous and anonymous women alike flock to have their noses, breasts, goatees or hips done... The arrival of a new secretary (Valérie BEGUE) and the jealousy of Madame Jouvence (Elisabeth FRE-MONDIERE) will do nothing to help the world of cosmetic surgery, not to mention the loyalty of Madame CARNOT (Geneviève GIL), who is far from having her wand in her pocket...
