THE BLUE CARPET BAND, Garage / Dirty Rock'n roll - UK
The Blue Carpet Band play like Little Richard against the Stooges. It's the Cramps playing with knives. It's frenetic, it's electrifying, it's primordial punk. It's the kind of wild rock'n'roll you need in your life. Formed in London in 2015, The Blue Carpet Band released their debut album 'Rock'n'Roll Carpet' with Flicknife Records in 2018. A favourite at almost every UK festival, they've played relentlessly around the country since, as well as several outings in continental Europe. Vive Le Rock magazine voted them Best New Band at their 2019 awards, before signing with Bomber Music and releasing debut new 7-inch single 'Back In The Trash/Ain't Got No Damn Rock'n'Roll' in 2019. A quick line-up change followed and now the band have a new drummer and guitarist - Ant Thomas and Stan Standen of Welsh psychobilly legends Demented Are Go! With this dynamic new line-up, the band have returned to the studio to record a new album and now a new single, 'The Slow Death Of Camden', which follows the Halloween release of previous single 'B-Movie Boogie' from last October.

Since October 1992, Kryptonix have released 6 prestigious albums, as well as numerous compilations and a host of concerts across France and Europe. Throughout its 30 years of existence, Kryptonix has forged a solid reputation on the live scene with bands as varied as they are legendary: from the psycho-rock'ab scene (Meteors, Batmobile, Demented Are Go, MadSin, etc.) to the most famous current acts (Anthrax, Mass Hysteria, Wampas, Marky Ramone/Michael Grave (Misfits), Tagada Jones, etc.). The hard-hitting rhythm trio backs up singer Joe's raspy, melodious vocals and iconic stage presence in French. Their show brings you a powerful R'N'R style, with wild riffs and frantic rhythms, and a sharp double bass.
