Exposition : L'arbre. De la petite graine à la vieille branche

A tree is a living thing. It is born, grows and eventually dies.

It also interacts with its environment: it breathes, feeds, produces waste...

This exhibition is an invitation to get in touch with these living beings that offer us freshness, food, shade... and inspiration! Even dead, they continue to provide us with warmth and important information about our past.

This exhibition, produced by the Espace des Inventions de Lausanne, is dedicated to the trees, large and small, of the Près-la-Rose and the ile en Mouvement to celebrate respectively the 30th and 10th anniversary of these large green and scientific parks in Montbéliard.

With the help of numerous experiments, the exhibition details what makes up a tree and focuses on the very special material that is wood.
