Over 30 years have passed since Dire Straits disbanded, leaving behind a catalogue of some of the finest compositions and musical performances of rock's heyday. Their reputation has only grown with time. Record sales have topped 120 million and continue to rise, with new young fans discovering the music and joining the band's huge worldwide following. A trend echoed by their 2018 induction into the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame.
