Film adaptation of the book "Amer le chocolat" by Marie-Thérèse Boiteux.

Immerse yourself in the sensitive and intense world of the book, brought to the screen by a 100% local team. This unique feature film is the fruit of a collective project: from the director to the actors and technicians, all are amateurs, volunteers and proudly from the urban area.

It's a human adventure, sincere and passionate, bringing to life a powerful literary work with the authenticity of those who put their heart into it.

In "Robe rose et Chocolat", Marie-Thérèse Boiteux draws inspiration from her childhood during the Second World War. In autumn 1944, when Belfort was threatened by bombing, thousands of children from the Belfort - Héricourt - Montbéliard region were evacuated to Switzerland via Ajoie and Porrentruy by the French and Swiss Red Cross. Marie-Thérèse was taken in by a generous family in Zurich for several months. There she lived far from fear, comforted by solidarity and human warmth.
