Between moving images and playable worlds
PIXEL FLOW explores the evolution of the video game, from its pixelated beginnings to its contemporary influence on the collective imagination and on creativity, notably through the immersive animated film FLOW.
It is also an invitation to deconstruct preconceived ideas and recognise the cultural, narrative and technical richness of this medium.

There will be games for the public to play, with an educational, fun and interdisciplinary approach.

- A PLAYFUL Cine-gaming workshop on FLOW for schools (cycles 3)
- A talk by Claire Guéret, mediator at the Centre Image: "Video games, cinema and pop culture - the history and influence of cultural cross-fertilisation" A meeting and participatory exploration of the history of video games, their links with cinema, their influence on popular culture and the preconceptions we still have.
