The Damassine is reopening!
There will be a show and entertainment for the general public from Saturday 07 February to Sunday 08 February in Vandoncourt.
Programme :
- Saturday 7 February :
- Show "Le goût du sel" at 2pm:
inspired by the short stories of Vicente Blasco lbariez (1867-1928). the taste of salt freely retricts four novels by the Valencian author.
Antonio. CaroUna. Manuel and your old lady Aabosa all live in a small village in Cantabria, along the Green Coast. Their lives are intertwined, with varying degrees of happiness, and the underlying theme is one of fiUation, a sense of duty and the side roads we take throughout our lives.
For all ages 6 and up - 50 minutes
Written and performed by Adrien Plessis Directed by Tatjana Sielec.

- Ohe hano ihuà workshop at 3.45pm (duration 2 hrs): make a Hawaiian bamboo nose flute and learn how to use it.
- Green music workshop between 4pm and 6pm (duration varies): make small instruments from natural or recycled materials.
- Sunday 8 February:
- Creative workshops: beeswax candles and "Circles of Nature" paintings.
- Biodiversity workshops: making grease balls, peanut garlands for birds and insect nests.
- Tasting of fruit products from Vergers Vivants.
There's also a bar, shop, crêpes, waffles, cakes, hot chocolate and hot apple juice all weekend long from 2pm to 6pm, as well as educational orchards, signposted discovery trails and outdoor play areas.
