Spectacle de Danse / Musique : Mirages

The classical and contemporary dance classes at the Conservatoire du Pays de Montbéliard invite you to plunge into a universe where dreams and reality merge. In this sensitive and poetic space, every movement becomes an exploration, an invitation to discover new worlds.

Between the tangible and the invisible, bodies soar in fleeting whirlwinds through the mirages of escape. Against the backdrop of the modern world - where neon lights have replaced candles - Mozart's legacy is in dialogue with today's creators.

Alongside them, two major figures in the history of dance take part in this artistic journey: Marius Petipa, undisputed master of the imperial ballets, and Isadora Duncan, pioneer of a free and expressive dance. Together, they bear witness to the richness and evolution of this constantly evolving art form.

To accompany the evening, the Berlioz Orchestra will be taking part in the performance, playing the orchestral suite from the ballet Sylvia by Léo Delibes, to mark the 150th anniversary of its creation.
