Route des Savoir-faire : Les Angus du Chaufour
A farmer who converted from a career in nursing, Léa has been running her own business for 8 years. She has developed three workshops: breeding Black Angus cattle, horse boarding and medicinal plants. A true enthusiast, she will show you around the stables, the day-to-day running of the farm (with the opportunity to get up close to the cows) and some plants with astonishing virtues. Afterwards, you'll share a moment of conviviality over a tasting of Black Angus. The farm's know-how is put to good use through direct sales of meat parcels and traditional charcuterie, in a short circuit from producer to consumer.
