With its iconic silhouette, Mont Julien is an essential landmark in the Pont-de-Roide-Vermondans landscape. But beyond its remarkable character, this site also bears witness to a long history of human activity.
On this outing with ASPIR, discover the history of the site through the traces left by the first communities to settle here. While some excavations suggest occupation as far back as the Neolithic period, it is above all objects dating from the end of the Bronze Age that have revealed the archaeological wealth of the site.
Walking shoes recommended. Duration: approx. 2 hours.
