Montbéliard : Journées Gourmandes

For one day only, Place Saint-Martin will be transformed into a veritable foodie village! Restaurant owners, local producers, artisans and shopkeepers invite you to join them for a day dedicated to fine food, sharing and a friendly atmosphere.

Around twenty stalls will be set up on Place Saint-Martin, inviting you to discover their specialities and expertise.

- Restaurant Le Saint-Martin – gourmet cuisine

Fancy sampling the chefs’ creations? Discover the Tasting Pass for €8!
It will allow you to enjoy several exclusive tastings designed especially for the event and showcasing local produce. A drink, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, is also included in the pass.
Book at the Montbéliard Tourist Office and collect from the Montbéliard Festival Committee!

From 11.00 to 16.00, watch the cookery demonstrations led by several chefs. Techniques, recipes and professional tips: they’ll be sharing some of their secrets with you.

Cookery workshops for the whole family:
on the programme:
- discovering recipes;
- regional produce in the spotlight;
- advice and tips from professionals.

The day will be packed with plenty of activities for the whole family: food-themed games, tastings, fun obstacle courses with Evolity bikes, prizes to be won and many more surprises!

The final of the big summer competition ‘Monsieur et Madame Montbé’, organised by Ici Belfort-Montbéliard and the A2M association, will also add to the day’s entertainment.

From 6 pm, the celebrations will continue with music on Place Saint-Martin with an aperitif concert.
