Parc de l'île en mouvement

Located in the extension of the Près-la-Rose park, this scientific and fun park has been developed around the theme of the perception of movement by means of a scientific discovery trail, dotted with games (large rotating disc, swings, tightrope, bridge, etc.) and explanatory panels.
The work of Alain Berthoz, professor at the Collège de France and member of the Académie des Sciences (chair of physiology of perception and action) has been the guiding principle behind the creation of this new 7-hectare area.
L'Île en Mouvement is also a landscaped park with a natural appearance, designed for walking and biodiversity, bordering the marina and the Nantes-Budapest Eurovéloroute.
